The President's primary responsibility is to provide effective leadership for the organization and its members in carrying out the Chamber's mission, directing internal operations and developing external relationships beneficial to business and community advancement. The President also manages event sponsorships, advocacy initiatives, and serves as the staff liaison for the Government Affairs Committee.

As the Director of Operations, Donna manages and implements the Chamber's monthly events like, the Morning Mixer and Business After Hours; and special events including the Washington County Business Awards, Teacher of the Year, and the Economic Summit. She also handles the finances for the Chamber and can answer billing and payment questions. Donna is the staff liaison for the Business Education Partnership Committee.

As the Director of Membership Development, Kathyrn is responsible the growth of Chamber membership by recruiting new members. She also serves at the staff liaison for the Membership Committee.
Jill M. Reddecliff

As the Director of Member Services, Jill is responsible for directing the Chamber's marketing, communications, and membership retention efforts. She also manages the Chamber’s newsletter, affinity programs, ribbon cuttings, advertising sales, and is your go to source for member benefit questions. Jill also serves as the staff liaison for the Ambassador Committee.

As the Office Coordinator, Kendra is responsible for receptionist/front office support, greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, event registration, and completing member profile updates and changes.
