Chamber Foundation

The Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. is a separate private, tax-exempt organization that supports the mission of the Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce. Established in 1984, the Foundation plans, develops, and executes education-related programs that enhance the Chamber's work.

The Foundation is completely dependent on program revenue for its income. Its books are audited annually, and audited statements are available for review at the Chamber office.

The Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. is a private, tax-exempt corporation organized in the State of Maryland and is recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

The Foundation is not a membership organization.
