Government Affairs Committee

The Chamber's Government Affairs Committee maintains the Chamber’s relationship with government officials and decides Chamber positions on questions of public policy.

Activities Include:

  • Hosting government and candidate forums
  • Lobbying
  • Deciding positions on current legislation
  • Communicating with elected and appointed leaders

We encourage our members to join a committee. Most committees meet once a month for an hour. Not only will you be contributing to your community, but you'll be meeting other Chamber members who can refer your business!
