Our mission is to attract, engage and retain young professionals ages 21-39 in the Hagerstown / Washington County area.

We hope to achieve our mission through a combination of seminars, luncheons, and social events specifically structured to help young professionals advance in their communication, networking, and leadership skills, in addition to becoming advocates in the community involvement in the Hagerstown-Washington County region.
While GenNext is specifically geared towards a professional demographic of under 40 years of age, we plan to keep this group open-ended in the sense that professionals of all ages can participate as we hope to demonstrate the worth of a "young professional' across the board.
